This training is Ideal for:
200 and 500 hour certified yoga teachers who want to learn to teach quality prenatal yoga classes for all trimesters of pregnancy
Mothers-to-be who want to learn all of the intricacies of practicing yoga while pregnant. Many women have found these techniques to be useful in labor and delivery as well.
Trainees will learn how to create a complete class plan consisting of yoga postures, breath work and meditation specifically for pregnant students. When practiced regularly, these techniques will renew physical comfort through out each trimester, and help to enhance peace of mind throughout regular daily activities.

**When Module 1 & 2 are completed together students can register for the R-PYT badge through Yoga Alliance. Anyone who is not currently a yoga teacher will receive a certificate of completion, but will not be certified to teach in a classroom setting.

Current prenatal yoga teachers, doulas, midwives
Mothers-to-be who have a regular yoga practice
This advanced training will provide current prenatal yoga teachers with a deeper understanding of the energetic effects of a yoga practice during pregnancy. Trainees will learn how to create a complete class plan which includes yoga philosophy, the chakra system and the koshas, in addition to advanced breathing and meditation techniques for labor and delivery.

Meet Prenatal Trainer: Rosie Lazroe
Rosie Lazroe has been a life-long student of yoga and energy practices. Over the years, she has expanded on her expertise beyond teaching and training Prenatal/Postnatal & Restorative Yoga to seek out additional study and training on the subtle energy field, power of sound therapy, and human consciousness work. She is a Sound Healing & Therapy Practitioner, trained through the Globe Institute Sound and Consciousness Program, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher. Rosie founded Bountiful Blessings Yoga in 2018 and offers in-person and virtual classes, workshops, and trainings throughout the mid-Atlantic. Through her personal growth experiences, Rosie has come to realize that a focused mind and peaceful heart will enable us to live life to our fullest potential. When we commit to peace, focus, and an acknowledgment in the interconnectedness of all life, she believes we can inspire one another to embrace life with ease and purpose.
