Our On-Demand Classes Library is here!

Now you can take our classes from anywhere and at any time of day that is most convenient for you! Our On-Demand library is updated weekly with recorded classes straight from our Cranford studio.

Use any in-studio or digital HYR class package to practice with your favorite teachers.

Pro-tips:

- If you click on a class and nothing is happening - check to be sure that the pop up blockers are turned off on the device that you are practicing from. Class will pop up in a separate window.

- The playlist for class will be available in the chat box (PC only, function not available on small screens)

- Be sure that you buy your digital class/package before clicking on a class!

Practicing at HYR

Pre-Registration is Required for in-studio classes - With classes filling and having a waitlist, we need to be mindful of everyone’s schedule. Please be sure to pre-register for all in-studio classes. If you can no longer make it to class, please visit the “My Account” tab or use the Mindbody app to cancel your reservation.

Please come on time for class - pre-registration is only good until the class’s posted start time. At that time your spot may be given to a waitlisted student or staff member who waited to see if a spot opened up. It is best to come 5-10 minutes prior to class start time so you have time to get set up and settled on your mat.

Equipment for class - We have blocks and straps available for your use. Rental mats are now available for $5 - For all in-studio classes - Yoga mat required, large towel recommended, blocks optional but awesome. You can get these items cheap at target, 5-below and even walgreens. Some of our favorite premium brands are also available for purchase in the studio!

Cancellation FEES for In-Studio Classes: You must cancel no less than 2 hours before your scheduled class or you will be charged the following:

All Unlimited Members: $10 Cancelation fee will be automatically charged to your credit card
Class Card/Drop-In Clients: Reserved class will be forfeited and cannot be used for a later time
